Everyone welcome! Enjoy guided meditations, including an hour set aside specifically for family time, learn about the shrine and enjoy refreshments.

10:30-11:15: Meditation class

11:15-11:45: Explanation of the shrine

11:45-12:00: Refreshments

12:00-1:00: Family meditation & story time

Please come to the High Street front door to be let in. The building is locked on weekends. You may leave at anytime on your own.

Take 30 minutes out of your workday to relax, connect to your heart and cultivate inner peace and happiness. Everyone is welcome to attend these guided meditations. No previous experience is necessary.


Letting Go of Stress

Monday 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm

$10 or $5 discounted (Free with membership)

Learn about meditation and Buddhist psychology and enjoy guided meditations. This class explores methods we may apply in our daily lives to reduce stress and enjoy our lives more. The teachings are from the book How to Solve our Human Problems by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.  Drop ins are welcome.


Develop and Improve our Meditation Practice

Tuesday 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm

$10 or $5 discounted (Free with membership)

Learn about meditation and Buddhist psychology and enjoy guided meditations. We’ll explore how to start a meditation practice and how to sustain and improve an existing meditation practice. Topics vary and include how to overcome anger and develop patience, how to increase love and compassion, and how to apply Buddha’s wisdom teachings to our daily life. Feel free to drop into any of these classes.


In Depth Study

$10 or $5 discounted (Free with membership)

Wednesday 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm

In depth study of Buddhist topics starting with the text How to Transform Your Life by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso. Guided meditations are part of the class. A free ebook is available for download: How to Transform Your Life.  Previous experience is not necessary.  Drop ins are welcome. You will gain the most from this class if you make it a regular part of your weekly schedule.


Prayers for World Peace

Start the week by uplifting your mind with inspiring Prayers for World Peace, a short teaching and guided meditations. Everyone welcome to attend this class. No previous experience is necessary.

Please arrive by 10:15 am.  Someone will meet you at the front door on High street to let you in. For security purposes, the building is closed on the weekend. (You may leave the building at any time on your own.)
