We teach modern Kadampa Buddhist meditation designed for busy people. Through practicing meditation we will achieve inner peace and enjoy our life. These meditation practices are suitable for everyone. So, it is not necessary to be Buddhist to benefit from Meditation. Modern Buddhism is a special presentation of Buddha’s teachings that are easy for people to integrate into their busy daily lives. Through practicing meditation, we learn to increase our inner peace and enjoy our lives. Our Beginning Meditation class is a good place to start. Also good is our 30 minute Lunchtime Meditation class. The topic changes periodically for the Monday night series. Keep an eye out for topics that you find helpful.
